Clear answers regarding Tomio subscriptions, usage credits, and Meta message billing.
You connect your own WhatsApp Business Account via Meta Embedded Signup. Tomio bills you for the platform subscription and Tomio usage credits. Meta bills your WABA directly for WhatsApp conversation/message fees (subject to Meta’s free tier allowances and regional rates).
No. Tomio credits represent platform usage only and never include Meta fees. Meta charges depend on the message category (Authentication, Utility, Marketing, Service), destination market, and applicable free tier allowances.
Yes! Unused Tomio credits accumulate and roll over to the next month. Our billing system does not reset or wipe your balance at month-end; whenever your monthly subscription renews, your fresh monthly plan credits are added directly to your existing balance so you retain all your unused credits as long as your workspace subscription remains active.
Tomio utilizes a two-phase credit ledger. Credits are reserved prior to send and automatically released back to your balance if Meta rejects the dispatch. You never pay Tomio fees for failed sends.
